About Us
Tabitha Residential Care LLC is an Indiana Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver provider. We provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently, safely, and meaningfully as possible in their homes and communities. Our approach focuses on compassion, dignity, independence, safety, choice, and community inclusion.

Who We Serve
We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services through Indiana’s Medicaid HCBS waiver programs. Services are individualized according to each person’s needs, goals, preferences, and person-centered support plan.
Service Area
We are based in Charlestown, Indiana and primarily serve individuals in Southern Indiana, including Clark, Floyd, and surrounding counties.
